top guy from top ad agency resigned for calling all women underlings crap. apparently the shock was due to his refreshing brutal honesty.

Thing is ... because he who is acknowledged as ad guru would ultimately get away with it!Can you honestly tell me he is going to ostracised because he made the comment. Me thinks it will be used to solidify his reputation as a plain speaking ad man.
